Delivery Process

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery within a 10-mile radius of M34 3NR.
All of our beds, headboards, and mattresses are manufactured in-house and delivered by our trusted third-party courier, Yodel, EVRI, & Royal Mail.

Estimated Delivery Times

  1. Divan Beds: Delivered within 7 to 8 working days
  2. Ottoman Beds: Delivered within 7 to 12 working days
  3. Mattresses: Delivered within 7 to 12 working days
  4. Headboards: Delivered within 3 to 5 working days

Important

Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until your new one has arrived. As we rely on a third-party courier, there may be rare delays, and we want to ensure you are never left without a bed or mattress.

Delivery Information

  1. All deliveries are made inside your home.
  2. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (no weekend deliveries).
  3. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery, confirming it is received in good condition.
  4. Deliveries are made up to the 2nd floor of a building only.

Important Size Check

We kindly ask that you measure carefully to ensure your new bed or mattress can fit through doors, stairs, and into your chosen room. If the item cannot be delivered due to access issues, a collection and return charge will apply.

Delivery to the Mainland UK

At Manchester Beds & Upholstery, we pride ourselves on offering FREE delivery for Furniture Accessories to most Mainland UK postcodes.
There are no additional shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
However:

  1. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge, as we are billed by our courier for missed appointments.
  2. If you decide to return an unopened and unused item, return courier charges will apply.

Some remote areas may attract additional charges or have limited delivery availability
