Service notes
- Receiving charges are final once stock is booked into the warehouse.
- Boxes and pallets should be clearly labelled with seller name and product/SKU details.
- Pick & pack pricing covers standard handling for packed e-commerce parcels.
- Oversized, fragile, multi-box, restricted, or unusual items may require approval and may be quoted separately before fulfilment.
- Courier label prices may change if Evri updates rates, VAT, fuel surcharge, insurance, or service conditions.
- Free storage applies for the first 2 months from the date stock arrives at the warehouse.
- After free storage period, storage is agreed based on stock volume, space required, and order activity.
- All prices are guide prices and may be reviewed for very high-volume, bulky, or special-handling accounts.
- Storage and receiving charges are separate where applicable.
- Other courier labels quoted separately if required.
- Loss insurance for listed Evri services is included up to £25 where applicable from the price guide.
